Thank you for choosing BuyCloudAccounts.com. Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing any cloud accounts from our platform.

We offer a login warranty for all cloud accounts purchased from us. This means:

  • If an account is not working or inaccessible at the time of first login, we will replace it free of charge.
  • Replacement requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the account details.

After successful login, we are no longer responsible for any issues or limitations that may occur due to misuse or external changes made by the cloud service provider.

We do not offer monetary refunds under any circumstances. Once an order is placed and delivered, the sale is considered final.

However, if a particular cloud account (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle Cloud, Linode, etc.) is temporarily unavailable, you have the option to:

  • Switch to any other available account type of equal or lesser value.
  • Wait for stock replenishment and receive the account when available.

Replacements will only be issued if:

  • The account cannot be accessed upon first login.

  • You notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • The issue is verified by our support team.

To request a replacement, please contact our support team with your order ID and a screenshot or video proof of the login issue.

  • All accounts are sold as-is with a login guarantee only.

  • Any changes, suspension, or termination after login is the customer's responsibility.

  • We encourage all customers to review the account features and limitations before making a purchase.
